The present General Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to the sales concluded between, on the one hand, the people wishing to carry out a purchase via the Internet site of La Vadrouilleuse https://www.lavadrouilleuse.fr, hereafter called “the customer” and, on the other hand, the owner Alexandre Balloge, whose registered office is located 35 rue de la Butellerie, La Sauzaie, 17138 Saint Xandre in the Insee Aquitaine. These conditions concern exclusively natural persons or non-trading associations.

 

Article 1 – Purpose
The present contract has for object the sale of shuffleboards and the sale of various accessories in connection with the game of shuffleboard, from the website lavadrouilleuse.fr.

Article 2 – Presentation of the products
The products offered for sale are described with the most possible accuracy. If omissions could have occurred, lavadrouilleuse.fr could not be held responsible. The photographs illustrating the products do not enter the contractual field.
The puck boards are sold ready to be used.

Article 3 – Order
At the time of the order, the customer must inform a form containing the following mentions: title, name, first name, address of delivery, e-mail and telephone number. He will receive by e-mail a follow-up of his order. By validating his order, the customer declares to accept without reserve the terms of the aforementioned order as well as the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale. The customer recognizes the validity and the probative force of the electronic exchanges and recordings carried out by lavadrouilleuse.fr and accepts that the aforementioned recordings receive the same probative force as a handwritten signed document.

Article 4 – Availability
The products presented on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. The indications on the availability of the products are provided at the time of the order. If an order is placed for an unavailable product, lavadrouilleuse.fr will proceed to its reimbursement within 10 days. lavadrouilleuse.fr cannot be held responsible in case of unavailability of an item.

Article 5 – Price of sale
The prices of the products are indicated in euro, including all taxes but excluding shipping costs. The applicable VAT is the French VAT at the current rate. If the VAT rate was to be modified, these changes could be reflected on the price without preliminary information of the customer. lavadrouilleuse.fr reserves the right to modify the prices at any time without notice but the products are not subject to the VAT.

Article 6 – Terms of payment
The orders paid on the site are carried out by the system of payment STRIPE, proposing a payment by bank card, by transfer.

Article 7 – Shipping

lavadrouilleuse.fr commits itself to prepare your order as soon as possible, under 48 working hours except in exceptional cases (illness, displacement…) for which you will be informed. The delivery periods come in addition to the time of the preparation of the order and according to Colissimo La Poste, our carriers, of a variable duration noted between 2 days and 4 days. All delivery times are in working days. The lavadrouilleuse.fr website offers a home delivery without signature by Colissimo La Poste and a delivery by point relay via Mondial Relay.

The cost of shipping varies depending on your purchases.
If you choose Colissimo without signature, La Poste will deliver your package within 2 to 4 working days.
Mondial Relay is committed to deliver your package within an average of 3 to 6 working days.

Article 8 – Delivery
The delivery times are given as an indication and are in working days. These are the average times observed and they may vary depending on the destination.
In order to guarantee an optimal service, we thank you for always providing us with an address to which your order can be delivered during working hours. You must communicate to lavadrouilleuse.fr a complete and exact shipping address. In case of error of your share or of incomplete address, the expenses of a second sending will be with your load. The delivery is ensured by Colissimo, and no compensation can be granted by lavadrouilleuse.fr in case of delay in delivery.
In the case of a delay on a Colissimo followed, an investigation is asked to the postal services. At the end of this investigation which can last up to 21 days and if the parcel was not delivered, lavadrouilleuse.fr will proceed to the refund. If you dispute, the delivery confirmation of the carrier is proof.
Any package received in duplicate must be returned. In case of refusal of a parcel, the shipping costs will be at your charge and the goods will be refunded to you upon receipt of the return.
In case of no claim of the parcel and of return of this one after the 15 days of waiting to the Post office, the expenses of forwarding will be with your load.

Article 9 – Delivery abroad
lavadrouilleuse.fr delivers abroad, you can order directly on the site. If the site does not propose you a delivery to your address, you can send me all your questions from this e-mail address : “a.balloge@gmail.com” and I will answer you within 24h/48h.

Article 10 – Return and retraction
The customer has a period of 15 clear days from receipt of the goods to exercise his right of withdrawal. The product(s) returned must be new, unused and in their original box intact except for remarks or express reservations by the customer within 48 hours of delivery. Any used, damaged or soiled item cannot be exchanged or refunded. The request of return will have to be made from the following address: a.balloge@gmail.com. lavadrouilleuse.fr will then emit a request of return by e-mail which will have to be joined in the parcel of return. The return costs are at the customer’s charge.

Article 11 – Refunds
lavadrouilleuse.fr commits itself to reimburse the customer for the apparently defective products, not corresponding to the order or not corresponding to its expectations within 30 days following the reception of the goods. In case the vadrouilleuse.fr would make a refund, it will be made in the choice of the vadrouilleuse.fr via transfer, cash…

Article 12 – Protection of the personal data
The customer information that we collect help us to personalize and to improve continuously your experience of purchase on la vadrouilleuse.fr. We use this data for order processing, delivery of the goods, payment, communication with the customer and transmission of our promotional offers. lavadrouilleuse.fr is committed not to transmit this information.
